Make an Appointment

GVCA is open for appointment every Tuesday–Saturday, from 11 am–4 pm.

For safety reasons, we’re currently limiting the number of people in our galleries. Reserving a time slot is a simple way to ensure that you and your group will be the only ones in our gallery and helps us prepare staff for your visit.

To book an appointment please fill out the form (below to the right) at least one day ahead of your desired appointment. Be sure to wait for a confirmation email before coming in.

In person procedure:

Face masks are required to enter the building and must be worn at all times.
Please use hand sanitizer at the door (we have plenty!)
Keep social distance in mind when approaching staff or other visitors outside of your “bubble.”
Groups are welcome to visit following the same protocol.
Be sure to sign our guest book! This is a fun way for us to keep track of whose been in our galleries!

We understand that viewing artwork in person is not an option for some folks, so we've put in extra effort making our current exhibitions available online here.
