6:30 pm raffle for buyer position #1-12

If any of the pieces below tickle your fancy and you are beyond scared that someone else might get to it first, consider purchasing a chance to get first dibs at buying your favorite piece. Tickets for $10 a piece to do just that can be purchased by clicking here. The more you purchase, the more chances you have. The first to win the raffle will get a link to start purchasing at 6:30 am on April 27th, the second at 7 am, and so on, up to 12. At 12:31 pm all that purchased raffle tickets, whether they won or not, will be able to go on to purchase. At 6:31 pm the general public will be allowed to make purchases.

Nine incredible pieces, that are not 4"x4", by nine incredible artists will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

To donate a piece to the 4x4 please download and print this application to submit with your piece. All pieces are due by April 20, 2021.

GO ART! (Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council) started the 4x4 Art Show in 2018, in part, as a way to raise marketing dollars to make the community aware of all their incredible happenings. 2020 came and put a damper on, well, almost everything. With dollars being hard to come by, GO ART!, ACWC (Arts Council for Wyoming County), and GVCA (Genesee Valley Council on the Arts) decided to work together on their marketing efforts. With this fundraiser being partially used for marketing originally, it only made sense to continue it as such, but now as part of the entire GLOW region marketing efforts.

So...2021 marks the first annual GLOW Art Councils’ 4x4.

4x4 (4 inch by 4 inch) art pieces made and donated by artists of all different backgrounds; from age, location and talent level/celebrity status, to YOU!,

Artists may enter as many pieces of art as their heart desires and of any medium (2D or 3D), however they must be four inches by four inches and signed only on the back.

All art pieces will be exhibited online at www.goart.org/4x4 and be for sale to the public for $20 each, which includes shipping, if applicable. Pieces can also be picked up at your local arts council, because we know everyone is looking for an excuse to see the other amazing pieces of art displayed in the galleries at them.

Artist info, including artist name, piece title and piece media will be listed online with the piece.

Drop off your Entries at either GO ART!, 201 E. Main St., Batavia (1 pm - 4 pm on Wednesdays), Genesee Valley Council on the Arts, 4 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris (11 am - 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 11 - 7 Thursday or 11 am - 3 pm on Saturdays), Arts Council for Wyoming County, 31 S.
