For experienced yogis, or physically active beginners~ A balance of basic poses, both standing and seated, twists, shoulder and hip openers, back bends, Sun Salutations, offering both challenge and modification.
Tuesdays from 11 am-12:15 pm
Session 1: September 3, 10, 17
Session 2: October 8, 15, 22, 29
Level 1
For beginners and those who wish to take it a little slower, with modifications for greater ease, including chair yoga and generous use of props (block, belt, blankets, wall)
Thursdays from 4:30pm - 5:45pm
Session 1: September 5, 12
Session 2: October 10, 24, 31
