By checking this box I understand the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts (hereinafter referred to as GVCA) will take a 25% commission on sales. I understand that my membership must be in good standing to participate in this show. I understand that works much be ready to hang with the right hardware for our gallery. (If you are uncertain if your piece achieves that please message us with an image). I also understand that I will be required to drop off and pick up my work at designated times. Between the drop off period and pick up period, my work is insured against damage or theft. GVCA will not be responsible for my work beyond the pick-up date. I understand that GVCA will only hold my work for 30 days beyond the pick-up date, after which GVCA may dispose of the work in any way it sees fit.
