Celebrating its 10th season, Cordancia Chamber Orchestra, led by conductor Rachel Lauber, presents three performances of “Something New”: music by living composers including Aristea Mellos, Tom Osborne, Elizabeth Kelly and Peter Schickele. Comedians Kerry Young and Abby DeVuyst (of the Fringe Festival) join to enhance the humorous parts of the program. Michael Huertas, winner of the Nico Toscano Concerto Competition for Young Performers, will join Cordancia as soloist on the 1st movement of the Liebermann Concerto for Flute and Orchestra.
