Project: Percussion Compassion

Discipline: Percussion and folk art
Discover one of Puerto Rico's oldest traditions and art form! in this workshop, you will sculpt masks, creative drawing, bigheaded foam characters or paper Mache, and creative recycling, among others. As part of the course, participants will learn Percussion Rhythm that goes along this art and can interact. Upon completion of the workshops, a general art exhibition or (Achievement Day) will be held. Where the works made by the participants will be exhibited and presented to the audience on July 27 at Kenelly Park Gazebo from 5 to 7. As part of the activity each participant will receive a certificate of participation. One of the biggest attractions for the participants is that these workshops are organized in such a way that provides 20% of theory and devotes 80% of workshop in the hands-on; with emphasis on practical learning and developing skills of each participant through an individualized approach 5 days'
