Come meet Grupo Cultural Latinos En Rochester (GCLER) and our team of LatinX artists. This event is open to the public; all ages with and without disabilities are encouraged to attend. ASL interpreter will be present. Gazebo is ramped; accessible parking at garage on West Ave. GCLER is proud to welcome people with and without disabilities to explore vibrant music arts programs through community partnerships this summer. Working with Perinton Recreation and Parks, Rochester Accessible Adventures, and LatinX, GCLER will celebrate the partnerships with a free event, Percussion Compassion, on July 27, 2022, and will follow this with a series of programs. “This project is made possible with funds from the Restart NY Mini-Grant, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.”
