As part of Nunda's Americana Day the Nunda Historical Society will be hosting a variety of Native American learning activities at our Museum presented by the Seven Generations of Stewards, Inc, a New York Non-Profit Corporation from the Corning Area. Activities will include "touch tables" reflecting the history and traditional culture of Native tribes from across North America, a variety of activity stations with Native games such as snow snake, hoop and dart, and the traditional atlatl. There will also be educational boards and exhibits and a full sized tipi representing the Plains People. Additional displays, exhibits, and presentations will be given inside the Nunda Museum.
