The Geneseo String Band is an ever-changing group of students, alumni and neighborhood folks, all directed by SUNY Geneseo teacher and musician, Jim Kimball. Fiddles, banjos, mandolins, button accordion, saw, washboard,and more will play a lively, family-friendly program of old-time songs and dance tunes, with an emphasis on repertoire traditional to Western New York.
