Fingerlakes Choral Festival, Inc.

Handel's lively choruses from his opera "Alcina" start the summer of 2022 for FLCF, Wednesday, June 22, 2022, 7:30 PM,  at Hale Auditorium, Roberts Wesleyan College. Pianist Ines Draskovic joins us in the beautifully serene "Eclogue for Piano and Strings," by English composer Gerald Finzi, and the concert concludes with Vivaldi's beloved "Gloria," featuring Luanne Crosby and Sandra Godwin, sopranos; Gabrielle LaBare, alto; and the Finger Lakes Festival Orchestra conducted by Eric Townell. The concert is free of charge. Donations of food, clothing, and personal care items accepted at the door benefit Action for a Better Community. The 2022 Finger Lakes Choral Festival is grateful for sponsorship from the Max and Marian Farash Foundation, Wegmans, and funding from the Decentralization Grant Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the NY State Legislature and Kathleen Hochul, Governor, and administered by the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.
