Arts Connexions, a concert series of the Rochester Oratorio Society, continues its season on June 22nd at 7:30 P.M., at the Theater @ Innovation Square. Performer/curator, Dr. Carl DuPont, has created a multi-cultural celebration entitled "Water Ceremony" featuring Asian, Hispanic, Persian, and African-American vocal and instrumental music. Tenor Pablo Bustos joins Mr Dupont as vocal soloist. Sohrab Jaferian performs Persian water ceremony music on the traditional kamancheh. Pianist Sarah Rhee-Tirré accompanies and performs solo selections. Participants and performers are invited to offer samples of water that reflect their own heritage and culture.
