Grant-Writing Workshop

We get it. Writing grant applications is hard. Let us help you!

Community members interested in learning the tricks of the trade are invited to attend one of two upcoming workshops. Led by Hannah Davis, GVCA’s Director of Folk Arts for Monroe County and Founding Director of Flower City Folk, these hands-on sessions are intended for both creatives and community organizers. Davis will draw on a decade of successful grant-writing experience to share practical insights, lead creative exercises, and provide personal feedback.

We welcome attendees who intend to apply for funding from GVCA but encourage people working in a variety of contexts to participate.

This session, held on Zoom from 5:30–7 pm, will focus on application and writing processes.

Registration required. Register here.
