Fun and learning await! We offer a wide variety of classes and workshops for adults and children. Below you will find information on our current and upcoming class offerings.
**GVCA members receive a $5 discount on class fees. Not sure if your membership is current? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.**
Our classes require a minimum number of class participants in order to run; therefore your registration must be submitted at least three business days prior to class start. If minimum class size is not met, registrants will be notified and payment refunded.
Please Note: Some of our classrooms are located on the second floor of the Arts Center. There is no elevator or lift to the second floor. If you require accommodation for this, please notify us upon registration.
Should the Arts Center close due to emergency or inclement weather, we will post a message on our voice mail system and notify WHAM TV-13 and 1180 WHAM (radio).

Come and learn the basics to enameling with various techniques using milleflori, stringers and various colors to create your own designs using the powdered enamel. There is a $5 refundable tool deposit and all other supplies and materials are included. The maximum number of students is 10, so sign up quickly, it is sure to fill up! Registration is open and will end 2 days before each posted class. Yoga practice is an opportunity to turn inward and refresh body, mind and spirit. Come join us for a session that will leave you energized, rejuvenated and ready to fully participate in the harvest autumn brings.
Session I (5 weeks) October 9, 16, 23, 30th & November 6 (Fee $55.00)

Join us this fall as we return to the basics of what creates a fun, safe and supportive yoga practice for all levels: Conscious Breathing, Refined Alignment and Balanced Action of Body, Mind and Heart.
We will playfully explore breathing techniques (pranayama), visualization (dharana) and short meditations (dhyana) Yoga is for every body, mind and heart!
***Prerequisite: Good command of Sun Salutations

Limited Space – Sign up early! Minimum class size for yoga is 4 students, and the maximum is 8 students.
For All Yoga Classes: Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Eat lightly, bring water, bring yoga mat or purchase from instructor, dress in comfortable layers. All classes meet at Genesee Valley Council on the Arts, 4 Murray Hill Drive, Mt Morris NY – Parking in Rear of Building, follow signs, for “New Deal Art Gallery” *** Take stairs to 2nd floor.
