Beginner Level
Whether you are just beginning a yoga practice or for those who are “re-starting” a practice after some time off – join us this Winter as we return to the basics what creates a fun, safe and supportive yoga practice for all levels: Conscious Breathing, Refined Alignment and Balanced Action.
Along with yoga postures (asana) modified to create accessibility for each individuals’ needs; we will playfully explore breathing techniques (pranayamas), visualization (dharana), short meditations (dhyana) and interweave yoga philosophy and life style in each class. **Mixed Levels
For returning students – join us this winter as we return to the basics and beyond of what creates a fun, safe and supportive yoga practice for all levels: Conscious Breathing, Refined Alignment and Balanced Action.
Along with Sun Salutations, and a variety of yoga poses, we will continue to explore breathing techniques (pranayamas), visualization (dharana), short meditations (dhyana) and interweave yoga philosophy and life style into each class. Yoga is for every body, mind and heart!
