Beginner Level – (All levels Welcome)
Whether you are just beginning a yoga practice or have been practicing for many years join us this Spring/Summer as we return to the basics of what creates a fun, safe and supportive yoga practice for all levels: Conscious Breathing, Refined Alignment and Balanced Action of Body, Mind and Heart.
We will playfully explore yoga postures (asana) modified to create accessibility for each individuals’ needs. Yoga is for every body, mind and heart!
