Jim Mott: The Itinerant Artist
Hear from nationally recognized artist Jim Mott and see some of the 600 works he has created as part of his 18 year Itinerant Artist Project where he exchanges lodging for paintings across North America.
Jim will also discuss his newest project, the Landscape Lottery, and the Genesee Valley 100 project (see below).

Genesee Valley 100 – Community Painting Project
Seeking 100 artists (all ages, talents, styles!) to paint a 12×12 canvas inspired by the Genesee Valley!
Email your brief idea for the project to receive a FREE canvas.

  • Must be inspired by the Genesee Valley
  • Piece due Oct 20th (or earlier!)
  • Work will be displayed virtually & physically
  • Painting returned to artist by Jan. 1, 2019
  • Sales allowed, 10% commission to Conservancy
